It’s been almost four days since I had something to chew on. It feels so weird. I was tired until lunch time today but afterwards my energy level picked up. We went for a long bike around the area and had a nice 30 minute session in the infrared sauna. It’s funny how this place is located in Phuket as it sure doesn’t feel like it. It’s a secluded area with narrow roads and villages.
I like the feeling of this place. There’s mostly tourists staying at The LifeCo but when we were biking around it seemed like they rarely see any. There were “hallo’s” and “how are you” from every corner.
The layout of LifeCo Wellness center is carefully planned and has everything you need inside the premises. Sauna and steam room, doctors, nutritionists, nurses, food and juices, education area/library, yoga, meditation, colon cleansing, gyms, pools are some of the things they offer. It makes you more focused on why you are there and also there’s no temptations to cheat!
Tomorrow is our last day so we’ll be measuring ourselves again in the morning. I’m hoping to see some change in my body mass and weight.
Excited to see if there are some results, it sure looks like it.
See you tomorrow.
Xoxo

Will definitely bike around and “hike” up those rocks. That’s something I’m excited for. Did you have enough energy to go the gym?
Do you recommend a pre-detox regimen before or going or what would you do differently 2nd time around?
18/10/2016 at 05:29You can go to the gym on the first two days… but after that the energy level sinks for a bit. I wouldn’t recommend it anyways though, as that was our biggest mistake, it really eats you up. You just don’t have enough calories left over. They say if you absolutely need to work out, do it for MAX 15 minutes. But my advice is only to go swimming and join the yoga sessions, it’s soo good! For the pre-detox, you should do it to prepare the body, also, if you are only going for two days, you want to start the process already so you can get the feel of the detox. What would I do differently? Seeing we went for 5 days… I regretted doing the pre-detox the days leading up to the event, because I missed meat and dairy SOOO much already after the first day. Tom wanted to go to Burger King at the airport and I was like, no no no. My major regret every day during my stay was not going. Hahaha.
