Keeping it nice and simple. A summer dress and some leather sandals. No accessories needed. I think the stripes on the dress makes the outfit complete.
Oh yes… and this phone cover. <3
Bangkok is pretty hot at the moment, so better keep it nice and simple… Last night we went to one of our many favourite dining spots in Bangkok, called opposite , and is located on soi 51. I can absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking a different dining experience than most of Bangkok restaurant has to offer. Today I haven’t been up to much fun other than the usual gym session, and studying. I’m also noticing the traffic getting worse, due to the political unrest. Let’s hope we all manage to get around this weekend. Have a nice day! x
I’m pretty basic when it comes to dressing up, so ofc I love the black and white. I’ve had this dress for as long as I can remember, and I still finds occasions to wear it. I like how it’s a daytime dress, but with the cut and right accessories I can still wear it on a night out. This time I’m using it as a night time outfit by combining it with some sleek pumps and a fun colorful twist.
Since this is my first blog post, I thought I would tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Anita. I’m 22 years old. I’m half Thai and half Norwegian. I’m currently doing a Bachelor in Medicine, or pre-med as some of you would call it. When I was younger, my parents would take me everywhere and I got to see a lot of things kids my age never knew existed. Over the years my curiosity grew and left me wanting more. I guess this is why, at 18 years old, I decided to finish high school in Spain. Also…coming from a city with 18,000 inhabitants can be pretty boring. ..
After I graduated I knew I didn’t want to stay in Norway. I started going a lot back and forth between Norway and Thailand; this went on for a whole year. In January 2013 I had fallen so madly in love with Thailand that I decided to try to live there for a period of 6 months, and as you can see it turned out to be a lot longer. Here, I met my boyfriend, who has become one of the most important persons in my life.
Everyday life in Bangkok is everything else than back in Norway, there’s always something happening. There are all these amazing events, all types of places to shop and eat. There’s all these traveling opportunities, and most important it’s affordable…ahhhh … I guess this is why I’ve decided to start this blog, to share this with you guys, so that you can have the opportunity to do the same, either through following my journey on the blog or in real life.
