Been busy training, reading and working these past few days. We’ve also managed to squeeze a lot of social time into our schedule, and eating… non-stop eating! I think I’ve had some sort of dessert or treat every night lately, and it feels great. I like to think that I make up for it in the gym the following day. It feels good to be making gains right now. I hate “gymming” while dieting. Especially now when I haven’t been lifting weights for at least half a year. I started my squat on 40kg which felt heavier than ever. I tried to become stronger while still cutting calories, it was depressing! So now I’m eating whatever I please- I’m staying away from candies though, my biggest weakness.

I want to be stronger and have a somewhat larger body before I start cutting for the beach again (now that rainy season is over!). Every time I try to lose weight I always lose everything else too, so now I want to start big. I don’t want my endpoint to be a stick. I’m aiming for skinny fit, but if I know myself right I’m going to get carried away once I get stronger. My main goals for this year 70kg squats, 40 kg bench, 65kg Romanian deadlift, 75kg deadlift, which is not setting the bar too high at all.

Wish me luck guys!

Which gym do you go to, I’ve just moved to Bangkok and would love to join a gym. I don’t get the motivation doing it in my apartment gym. Also where is your cream dress from, your wearing it one of your instagram photos

I go to Fitness7 on Sukhumvit 26 it’s open 24 hours! It’s only 1500 baht a month and you pay monthly- no sign up fee and no binding like most commercial gyms.
My dress is from Nelly.com 🙂
