Yeah, you read it right. Joining the DRE, Ducati Riding Experience left us with more than just knowing how to start, stop and steer a bike. I can say with a 100% certainty that everyone who joined the course are leveled or even better than most people I’ve seen on the road here in Asia.

Hi lovelies! I’m up in the early AM today to join a Ducati driving class. Basically we’ll be going from zero to hero- we are going to learn how to drive a proper motorbike. I’ll tell you guys more about it later. Post about Wonderfruit will be up on the blog today, stay tuned.

This photo is taken at Pai Island Hotel a 2 minute walk from Yoma Hotel. Seriously, go there to have a cup of single bean coffee. I had a cappuccino and it was the smoothest one ever.
The first night during our time in Pai we stayed at Yoma Hotel located only 5 minutes away from the city center. The view is stunning and the pool is located in a perfect position to chill and watch the sunrise or just gaze at the beautiful view. The lighting is perfect for photos during sundown to catch the flares, amazing! As you can see we totally took advantage of this, oops. I opted for the villa as it had more privacy and a clear view. I also loved the glass balcony doors in the morning. Open the curtains and watch the sunrise over the mist from your bed. All the rooms have a nice outside area so even if you don’t want to spend the extra, Yoma Hotel is a great choice. It’s also only a 2 minute walk to Pai Island Resort which is picture perfect!

Check out the awesome inflatable unicorn Tom got the other day. It is actually comfortable to lounge on in the pool, and so good for photos. I am still dreaming about the floating pizza though,that will definitely be my next inflatable pool object… if I ever get one! I just finished my exams yesterday so now it’s all rainbow and unicorns here, until tomorrow, when I have to go to work… and then start writing my bachelor thesis. Still have not decided what to write about yet, but I think it will be something related to environmental toxins and diseases or cancer. I think it all depends on what studies is available out there. If I have any readers interested in the subject or have any tips about what to write.TALK TO ME.<3
I’m not your typical coffee person but after I stared my 9-5 job this has become one of the things I really look forward to daily. My sister got me a Mini Me coffee machine for my birthday, at that point it was to enjoy chocolate drinks but now I use it to brew my coffee. I love the many flavours of the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto and especially the difference in level of strength. My favourite one must be the Ristretto Ardenza for energy. One cup and I’m good to go for the rest of the day. I love the full-bodied taste of a bold espresso. I normally make a shot of Ristretto Ardenza and ice it over some ice cubes. So delicious for warm Thailand days.

When I first got the machine the selection was not as great as it is these days. I remembered I had to go around malls and shops to find the coffees that I wanted. I’ve even had relatives from back home in Norway to bring me some capsules. Now- we just found out that you can order the coffee straight to your door. How great is that? We also got these cute little NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto espresso cups in pink so we know exactly how much to fill in our cups.
