I have a confession to make. I’ve completely gone of the fitness wagon. Seriously; I’ve never been really good at dieting or eating clean, but it’s always worked for me as  long I made sure my proteins were right and that I ate enough food. I can honestly say I’ve never done “clean” eating for more than 2 weeks in my life. My opinion is to do whatever suits you as long as you are healthy and happy. But recently, actually the past few months if not half a year I’ve been pretty much eating pizza and burgers every day and snacking on a pack of cookies or candies right before bed time. I’s not like I eat a cookie or two anymore, I eat the whole thing…  It’s so sad, because I do put in a lot of time in the gym, so I could have been much further ahead with my dream body. I haven’t really realized how much I’ve lost by doing this until I look back at photos from earlier. This photo is dated back to June last year and I want those legs back! I guess it’s time to change my workout program back to the old one… or as Tom keeps telling me, stop eating candy and chips every damn day.

    We all have our times when we just wanna eat junk for days on end! But after fulfilling the cravings, it's time to jump back on the success wagon!
